What you will do
Support internal stakeholders to understand and implement Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS); Monitor remedial actions progress and closure to ensure continuous improvement Aid with data analysis and development of visualizations.
You will bring
Curiosity and inquisitive personality, willing to dig deeper to find the answers you are looking for Problem-solving mindset, and motivation to tackle complex problems Great communication skills, both in written and verbal forms Adaptability and persistency to achieve your objectives and goals Desire to be a lifelong learner, and to share your knowledge The ability to work effectively independently and in teams, and with different roles and levels of experience
