Role Purpose: To instrument and apply various strain gages by manually cleaning parts, sandblasting, scribing, and applying strain gages using hand tools, a microscope, and applying various adhesives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Able to understand and read engineering drawings, various blueprints, and work instructions. Prepare parts for gaging using various surface prep methods like sandblasting and manual sanding. Apply layout and burnish lines by taking measurements using height gages and using scribe tools. Applying strain gages to prepped surfaces using various epoxies and clamping methods.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or GED Minimum of 2+ year of related experience Solid experience with Word and Excel required. At Humanetics, privacy and information security is a critical feature of our corporate culture and is the responsibility of all employees.
