This role is the key contact for all internal functions in the areas of operations such as manufacturing, quality, maintenance, human resources, etc


Day in and day out, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and updating all customer portals. 

YOU will forecast demand and identify any potential risks about capacity or the master production

YOU thrive on building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication channels with accurate and complete information

YOU love to problem solve and can resolve customer complaints by providing detailed resolutions with alternative methods within specific time limits while adhering to procedures, policies, and escalation protocols

YOU can monitor KPI performance in efforts to coordinate functional areas

YOU will monitor all actual output versus the master production plan while identifying gaps, driving solutions, and OEM delivery ratings

Requirements
  • Comfortable with and have the Knowledge of IATF and ISO compliance standards
  • Materials Management Organization Guideline and Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE)
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience with a Tier 1 automotive supplier is essential, along with the ability to use sequencing / JIT / ASN, as well as 8D Problem Solving
  • SAP experience is required
