RN - Mobile Director of Nursing - Long Term Care
**This Job Requires Travel and Previous Long Term Care Experience**
CommuniCare Health Services owns and operates over 130 facilities in 6 states. CommuniCare is currently recruiting an experienced DON to assume the role of RN Mobile Director of Nursing. This RN Mobile DON position covers our West Virginia facilities and requires state-wide travel to the various facilities as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as DON
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and oversees functions at multiple facilities
- Ability to travel, sometimes for an extended time, to facilities within the region, as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
- Must maintain current CPR certification
The Mobile Director of Nursing will be responsible to:
- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care
- Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit, and training
- Train new nursing management
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Aid in Plan of Correction process
