Therapist - PACT Team - Full Time
Hiring Range: $29.58 - $36.97 per hour
Additional $2.00 per hour differential for all PACT members
$3,000 sign on bonus

This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to clients managing severe mental health disorders, fostering recovery and independence. As a Therapist within the PACT team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions to clients with severe and persistent mental health disorders, primarily in their homes or community settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the team in assessing client strengths and needs, driving team activities and periodic mental status assessments. Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans collaboratively with clients and team members, utilizing recovery-oriented and strengths-based approaches. Provide individual therapy, psychoeducation, symptom management, and crisis intervention using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Compile detailed psychosocial assessments for the PACT Comprehensive Assessment, aiding in formulating client treatment plans. Conduct daily team meetings and treatment planning reviews, providing input on symptom management strategies and crisis intervention plans. Coordinate with KMHS co-occurring treatment staff and engage clients in accessing support groups to support co-occurring recovery. Monitor and evaluate client compliance with treatment plans and conduct mental status examinations in collaboration with the PACT supervisor. Minimum Qualifications : EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Psychology, social services, or behavioral health field or must meet waiver criteria of RCW 71.24.260. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year job-related experience This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and have reliable, insured transportation. LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor License or higher. This position requires the ability to react quickly and perceive environmental stimuli accurately.Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Experience in individual and group therapy and outpatient treatment for individuals with psychotic disorders. Understanding of the co-occurring recovery process and how to support it from a therapist role.
Experience with the theory and practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and co-occurring substance use disorders
