A Day In The Life
Purchase project material Make purchasing decisions in accordance with standard work Analyze and review purchase orders for accuracy and completion Item master creation and maintenance Clarify BOMs and refine item master descriptions for future orders Review quotes for accuracy Resolve PO issues in timely manner Process order acknowledgements from suppliers Update and maintain ECNs and NCNs Collaborate with project management and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain capacities and schedule Accurately file all required documentation Obtain competitive pricing/new sources for materials
What will help you thrive in this role?
