We are seeking a front desk receptionist professional that will support our client. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local Huntsville area. We’re looking for a receptionist who understands the value of excellent customer service. The primary responsibilities of this position are greeting and check-in of customers and guests into the visitor registration system. This will include creating, issuing photo ID, and access control badges to contractors and visitors, ensuring the security of the building and being the “face of the client”. Candidates are expected to present a pleasant and professional impression to all guests. Be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
Punctuality and Dependability are crucial Greet guest at the main desk and create visitor badges Verify citizenship and classification level while following company security policies and procedures Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate employee Make conference room reservations Partner with other Lines of Service within the account to elevate customer experience. Order catering for meetings as requested by conference manager Escorting guests/vendors if needed Make reservations at local establishments upon request Respond to all employees and customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner Submit work order tickets for building maintenance General administrative and clerical support Assisting other departments with ad hoc assignments Any and all other duties and tasks assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2+ years receptionist experience required. High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or college coursework is preferred. Some professional experience working in an administrative role in a very busy front desk setting is preferred. Pleasant phone manner Basic knowledge of local attractions and destinations Must be able to work in a busy and quickly changing fast paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Flexibility as it relates to work start and end times as needed This position will need to move around as needed to cover other Dynetics locations when needed. Some locations can be walked to on campus. Others will require transportation. Reliable transportation is a must. Candidate must be able to communicate professionally both in person and in writing. The applicant must possess strong organizational skills and have a positive, problem-solving attitude and be able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Proficiency with desktop computing platforms (PC) and applications (MS Office Suite). Ability to work multiline phone system Adhere to the dress code and appearance policy.Location:
