Bakeshop Supervisor

Collin Street Bakery is seeking a results-driven leader to assist in the daily management of our Historic Texas Bakeshop. The Retail Supervisor reports to the Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager and is expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities: maintain compliance with company policy/core values; address disciplinary actions; publish staff schedules; open/close the bakeshops; oversee daily staffing; make cash deposits; manage inventory in a timely manner. A successful candidate enhances customer satisfaction and meets sales and profitability goals. The most successful candidates have experience in Retail Supervision.

Responsibilities

·        Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff

·        Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

·        Deal with all customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner

·        Ensure compliance with bakery policies and procedures

·        Address disciplinary issues immediately and with appropriate corrective measures

·        Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

·        Be a shining example of professional behavior and high job performance

Requirements

·        High school diploma or GED

·        Proven supervisory experience

·        The ability to stand for extended periods

·        Proven successful experience as a Retail Leader

·        Must be available to work weekends

·        Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code, Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands, neck, or face)
