Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.

Sales Activities: Drive sales by generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Policy Management: Maintain accurate records, process policy changes, and assist clients with policy-related inquiries.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to expand the client base and increase business opportunities.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product innovations to enhance knowledge and performance.


Requirement

Licensing: Active Washington State insurance license is preferred but not required to apply.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Client-Focused: Committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a non-remote environment while maintaining productivity.
