What you'll do...

Our company is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Client Success Specialist to help support our growing client base.
Your responsibilities will include client support tasks such as managing onboarding and implementation for high touch or enterprise-class clients, account management of existing clients, and renewing client contracts. Our team is entirely remote, so you may work from anywhere, but you must be located in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, or Texas.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, experience negotiating, as well as the ability to efficiently complete tasks and thrive in an environment with minimal oversight.


Responsibilities

  • Lead successful renewal conversations with stakeholders at key accounts

  • Perform new client onboarding tasks such as kick off call, software training, account creation, data integration. Manage implementation for large organizations

  • Build product expertise to help consult with clients on workflows/make recommendations based on client needs

  • Help serve as the voice of the customer through surfacing client feedback and pain points and by creating bug and feature request tickets.

  • Build relationships with clients and ensure they are seeing value through quarterly business reviews, issue management, etc

  • Serve as a point of escalation for support to clients, including fielding client emails, questions, and managing communications using Zendesk

  • Write user documentation as the platform is updated and ‘Release Notes’ for new version releases, and other ad-hoc projects as needed

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS business (Customer success, account management, etc.)

  • Experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bilingual a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and be a quick and proactive learner with a hands-on mentality

  • Bias for action and strong customer focus

  • Comfort in dealing with executive level stakeholders at key accounts

  • Creative problem-solver with consultative account management approach

  • Detail-oriented task management skills and ability to stay organized and prioritize across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives

  • Strong experience retaining and expanding accounts

  • Builds relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfort navigating software and new technology

  • Ability to work effectively with different internal teams and clients in a decentralized team environment

  • Ability to organize and prioritize across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives

  • The desire to work in a small and growing team

  • Experience in renewable energy or GIS preferred, but not required
