WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

DTI has a need for 4 (four) EZMaxMobile Consultants for a 3-4yr contract in Detroit, Michigan.

Must work on our W2
Remote opportunity but consultant should be willing to travel for special meetings.

As an EZMaxMobile Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of the EZMaxMobile solution for clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the EZMaxMobile application, and ensuring its seamless integration with existing enterprise asset management systems, particularly IBM Maximo. You will collaborate with clients to optimize their mobile asset management processes and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure EZMaxMobile solutions according to client requirements. Customize the application to meet specific business needs, including UI/UX enhancements, data integrations, and workflow optimizations.
  • Integration: Collaborate with clients and integration teams to ensure smooth integration between EZMaxMobile and existing enterprise systems, particularly IBM Maximo. Develop interfaces and connectors to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to mobile asset management. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of EZMaxMobile applications. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user queries in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and configuration manuals. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of EZMaxMobile solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and product updates related to mobile asset management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of EZMaxMobile solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in implementing and configuring EZMaxMobile solutions, preferably in an asset-intensive industry.
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development principles and technologies, including iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in IBM Maximo or EZMaxMobile is a plus.
