LeaderStat has a new and exciting opportunity A skilled nursing facility attached to a hospital system in Wauseon, OH is seeking an permanent Lead RN MDS Nurse to join their MDS team.

Qualifications:
  • RN in Ohio (active and in good standing)
  • Extensive MDS 3.0 training and software experience
  • 2+ years of MDS Nursing experience
  • In-depth experience and knowledge with PDPM and CMI as related to Medicare and Medicaid
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Solid tenure with current and previous employers
