We are seeking a new Floor Technician to join our team. Your role will be responsible for a variety of cleaning chores, trash handling, floor cleaning and furniture management and shall provide a safe and well-maintained work environment. As a member of the Environmental Services department, you will work with fellow Floor Techs, Maintenance Techs, Housekeepers, and report to our Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities

What You Will Do:

Performs general housekeeping duties; wet mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, sweeping Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways, commons and other Floor care (vacuuming, wet mopping, carpet spotting, stripping, and refinishing, buffing and burnishing Carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning Responsible for waste removal and recycling Supply and furniture management for department Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor

What You Will Bring:
