Short Description

The Division of Pediatrics is currently looking for a full time Developmental Pediatrician. This is a chance to join a multidisciplinary team with a wide array of specialists to support patients and their families including child & adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Thoroughly examines patients, reviews their history, and provides a diagnosis. Educates and counsels patients and families on neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral difficulties. Prescribes and/or administers treatment and medication and monitors behavioral side effects. Within a multidisciplinary environment, teams with other clinicians, including neurologists, psychologists, social workers, etc.

The Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper is 5 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and within a 30-minute commute of a wide variety of neighborhoods in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
