SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities

Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)

Qualifications

Custodial experience is preferred but not required Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required

We offer a very competitive compensation package including excellent medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and holidays

Several Shifts are available: (40 hours/week)

Sunday – Wednesday: 5:00 am -3:30 pm; 9:00 am – 7:30 pm; 7:00 pm -5:30 am/  $14.50  $14.75/hr.

Wednesday – Saturday: 5:00 am -3:30 pm; 9:00 am – 7:30 pm; 7:00 pm -5:30 am/  $14.50 $14.75/hr.



Jobsite Location: Research Parkway Davenport, IA

Compensation: $14.75 per hour
