Your tasks

Creates precise programs that guide CNC machines in producing components
Sets-up and runs CNC mills and lathes from written or verbal instructions
Performs machine cleaning and maintenance
Oversees product quality by carrying out initial unit tests, intermediate tests and the final test
Ensures that production batches can be produced without downtimes, by choosing suitable tools and an optimal production process
Responsible for service and preventive maintenance work to ensure the machines do not have any unplanned downtimes
Professional handling and use of tools and ensuring operating costs are kept at a low level
Professional disposal of chips, metal clippings and used operating material
Contributes to a good image of the whole department through sense of order in the work environment
Daily activities according to 5S is expected
Shared machines, systems and equipment must be kept in a clean and operational condition
Measuring equipment, control room, grinding machines, suction devices, chip centrifuges, cleaning machines, etc.
Safety regulations must be strictly followed
Responsible for ensuring that all work steps in the control center are logged on and off in real time
All other relevant duties as assigned

Your profile

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum total 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing with 1 year specifically in CNC programming.

Skills/Knowledge: Understand and create G-code instructions to control CNC machines, specific tool paths, speeds and other functions
Computer-Aided Design (CAD): CAD Software: Familiarity with CAD programs (such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD) to create accurate 2D and 3D models of parts and assemblies
CNC Setup: Configure CNC machines for specific jobs, including tooling, workpiece size, cutting speed, and feed rate
Quality Control: Ensure that products meet specified quality standards through inspection, testing, and audits.

Customer focus and an ability to manage customers and peers with tact and diplomacy
Demonstrates ownership and responsibility at a high level
Exercises cultural awareness and sensitivity
