Human Resource Generalist Pay Rate:  $20 an hour to startLocation:  Elizabethtown, KYHours:  8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday A leading manufacturer in Hodgenville, Kentucky, is hiring a HR Generalist for their growing office.  This role is a full-time opportunity, ensuring employees are entering data information, and overseeing employee performance measures.   HR Generalist Benefits and Perks:

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Record Keeping
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Conducting interviews and performance review processes
  • Complete orientations for new hires
HR Generalist Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 3 years prior experience in a Human Resource Generalist role required
  • 1 year prior experience with Administrative Assistant responsibilities 
  • Computer experience with data entry skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
