The Motor Lead Assembler will assemble components and perform functional testing at our E L Anderson Blvd facility in Claremore, OK.

As an Motor Lead Assembler, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating work efforts to perform assembly from components per assembly drawings/bill of material Overseeing functional testing on assemblies, ensuring test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards Monitoring and applying settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools Working on new product lines and other projects as assigned Working under the direction of the Supervisor, Group leader, or experienced associates in the area

To be successful in this role you will:

High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in a hands on mechanical role such as mechanical assembly or mechanic (preferred) Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word Understanding of lean principles and 6S Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with the use of common hand tools and precise measuring equipment Solid understanding of blueprints and bill of materials Ability to follow manufacturing methods; be safety and quality-oriented.

Working on night shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm. - 2:30 a.m.
