To thrive in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of cable building and splicing techniques, executed with the utmost precision and safety. Your experience and expertise in building and splicing fiber cable are essential as you lead our crews on-site.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Project Management: Plan and organize daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies.Quality Control: Monitor work progress and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained properly.Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.Training and Development: Provide training and support to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
