What you will do:
As a Packaging Associate I, you will clean, package, and label products to produce sterile and non-sterile finished goods.
Perform Content to Box (CTB), labeling and shrink wrapPerform and maintain 6S, Quality and Safety expectationsEngage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideasPerform visual inspections, and follow proper procedures to assure the controlled environment is maintained and the product integrity is ensuredPerform maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstationUnderstand and follow all policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekendsWhat you need:
Maintaining appropriate gowning requirements (, hair nets, beard cover and gloves) for shift duration, RequiredHigh School or GED Preferred Manufacturing Experience PreferredAbout Stryker
