Job Summary:

Centralized Costing Team – Product Cost Analysts will perform all transactional costing activities for year end and new item creation while also providing support for system implementations, future process improvement, process documentation, report development, error troubleshooting, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

Help develop content training and presentations to be delivered to specific hubs/areas.

Participate in SAP system implementation: blueprinting; gap/fit; testing; costing; inventory transfer; and reconciliation.

Will serve as a gatekeeper with PDMs based on Global Area or Hub to ensure policy is followed and everyone is reporting consistently and using our data "buckets" in the same way.

Experts in variance analysis for FBV, PPV, and MUV to provide operational hub support.

Experts in system configuration and troubleshooting to help with costing-based inventory errors.

Operations Cost center structure experts to lead hubs on setup of cost centers, allocation structures, forecasting tools, etc. that impact product costing.

Working as a global team to create a Product Cost Playbook that will be a go-forward governing tool based on our Standard Cost Policy. (Eventual Material Ledger Rollout)

Responsible for new Product Development Costing activities including but not limited to working with teams on productivity projects and cost savings initiatives while also working as a Costing team to develop global processes.

Provide negative testing support of issues to ensure processes are followed (Example - current North America Display process).

Key Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Finance preferred

Experience with manufactured item costing preferred

Collaborative and team oriented

Attention to detail, organized

Ability to multi-task
