We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our IT department. The IT Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and improving our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
- Develop technical solutions and recommendations to address business needs and improve IT processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize IT projects based on strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and IT strategy development.
- Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions that align with business requirements and IT strategy.
- Implement and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant certifications and experience may substitute).
