Crafts detailed descriptions of user needs, program functionalities, and development procedures for computer programs. Possesses extensive knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and project management methodologies. Skilled in business, program, and system analysis, adept at developing and implementing evaluation procedures to monitor progress. Capable of organizing and presenting complex information effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Proficient problem solver, able to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and negotiate and implement effective solutions. Maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders, adept at overcoming administrative and fiscal challenges. Produces concise and accurate reports, develops and evaluates policies and procedures, and manages priorities effectively. Communicates clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration in team-based environments. Applies critical and analytical thinking to problem-solving, gathering and analyzing facts to inform decision-making. Independently manages projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results within consultative management frameworks. You:
1+ year of business analysis, process planning, procedure development and implementation experience. 1+ years of project coordination, preparation of administrative reports and specialized technical projects. 1+ years of development of management/workflow reporting tools for program areas required. 1+ years of knowledge of business and management principles involved in business evaluation, strategic planning preferred. 1+ years of coordination of people and resources, project management principles and practices preferred. 1+ years of being able to apply critical and analytical approach to problem-solving preferred.
