Your day as a X-ray Production Manager

As the X-ray Production Manager at Moxtek, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative environment while addressing any production challenges that arise. Daily tasks will include monitoring equipment performance, analyzing production metrics, and implementing process improvements. You can expect to engage with multiple team members to ensure alignment with our customers' needs. Your schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, allowing you to optimize workflow while maintaining a work-life balance.

Regular meetings will be held to discuss production goals and performance updates, ensuring everyone remains focused on excellence. This role is vital to the success of our operations, and your leadership will directly influence our manufacturing capabilities.
