Purpose:

A Supercuts hairstylist is the most important position in the Supercuts system. We are very proud of our hairstylists and we believe that they are the best in the industry. The certification our stylists receive upon graduation from the Hairstylist Academy (HSA) represents our promise to our customer. A promise that each and every hairstylist that we employ is a fully trained and highly competent professional.The Supercuts stylist is responsible for serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, understanding the customers and their satisfaction are of the utmost importance. The hairstylist will accomplish this by the Supercuts brand standards and follow our operating principles as well as best practices.By consistently implementing the 360 experience we ensure that every customer's expectations are exceeded and will ensure that we have successful Supercuts stylists and valuable employees.


Duties:

•Provide quality haircuts by consistently using the Supercuts technique •Educate the customer and recommend products to help them maintain his/her hairstyle between salon visits •Execute the 360 Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and retention •Follow the sanitation guideline •Must execute best practices for the Jerome Group •Adhere to dress code standards •Maintain a current cosmetology license •Attend all required technical training sessions •Attend monthly salon meetings
