We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who’s eager to learn more about the healthcare executive search industry.

Essential Duties:

Learn to use tools and databases to identify prospective candidates. Research and create a list of potential candidates and clients by using tools and databases. Update the current internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity. Maintain accuracy and organize candidate and client pipelines in an effective and usable manner into Excel. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Actively enrolled student (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) in a 4-year degree program at an accredited college or university. Interest in healthcare, recruitment, and/or sales. Excellent sourcing and researching skills. Confident, energetic, and professional presence: ability to effectively build relationships. Interpersonal, strategic communication, and detail-oriented skills required. Strong organizational and computer skills required. Preferably in Microsoft Suite. Clean background report and verifiable references.
