Lactose Operator

We are currently seeking a Lactose Operator  to join the Norfolk, NE team. The shift available is Days, 6am-6pm, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Operate equipment in the lactose area in an efficient and productive manner. Maintain proper documentation and follow set production schedules closely. Consistently monitor product quality and effectively communicate any issues. Work closely with the Packaging Department to ensure completion of samples, providing coverage, and redirection as necessary.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/wet processing preferred) Previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills. Strong mechanical aptitude. Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
