Job Description

We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:

Running batches of ink at proper mill settings. Packaging finished product in various containers and apply labels Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities Weigh-Up Batches : Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual steps Mix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP's Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times Canning Operating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data Completing scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures Helping with repacks

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired; Have 3 months of work related experience Demonstrate good math and basic computer skills, Have attention to detail Be reliable to work assigned shift Be flexible to work overtime as required Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background. Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams. Have good attendance and punctuality Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

Forklift experience, but we can train you Mixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry background Previous experience within the Ink Industry
