DaVita has an open position for a Dietitian Associate who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. You'll evaluate on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition intervention(s) and recommendations. Consults physician regarding lab tests. Your ability to influence and lead will be critical to helping patients live better lives. Requirements:

State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located. You will have to be registered as a dietitian. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Salary/ Wage Range

$19.00 - $31.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
