Job Description: 4Sight is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Reno. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment will be key to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Unload and organize products in the warehouse, ensuring accurate storage and labeling.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
