Operations Processor

We will count on you to:

Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What you need to have:  

HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of related experience Good verbal written and communications skills; ability to articulate clearly and effectively within a collaborative team environment Tech savvy – ability to learn and navigate between multiple platforms quickly Attention to detail to ensure accuracy Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of the MS Office suite
