Job Description

You will:

Oversee the selection, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's technology infrastructure. Provide the computing infrastructure to support tier , tier two, and application support requests for both in-office and remote team members. Manage partners that support our Network Infrastructure and Security team with SecOps responsibilities. Assists staff in developing methods and processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and security of the network services, desktop support and user support functions. Manage the development and delivery of IT standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implement and maintain all network services infrastructure with special emphasis on the security and stability of Sepire's systems and their confidential data. Manage and drive the planning and implementation of security standards, practices and procedures to ensure system security and legal compliance. Develop, schedule, test and communicate the IT Disaster Recovery plan and Procedures. Architect appropriate technological, procedural, and educational/training security practices that result in an appropriate level of information security. Use tooling and partners to conduct vulnerability assessments, testing internal and external network perimeters for accessibility. Work with Sepire's teams, along with external auditors, to ensure compliance with adopted IT policy and procedures. Work with Sepire's Leadership Team to ensure engineering and product work is aligned with company processes and security controls.

You have:

+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Security Experience with SOC Type , HiTrust, and PCI compliance program experience as a bonus A proven track record in maintaining and maturing information security policies, privacy policies, and procedures, and successful execution Technical depth of knowledge: IT infrastructure, cloud, application development languages, tools and frameworks, database technologies, web technologies, network architecture, enterprise architecture, and active directory Security technology experience including but not limited to: firewall, intrusion detection, identity and access management, EDR tools and defenses, encryption, certificate authority, web filtering, anti-malware, phishing simulation, anti-phishing, multi-factor authentication.
