JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Scanning Specialist to join our night shift team. This full-time hourly position will work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6PM – 6AM on Team 4. This position will be responsible for assisting in resolving inventory issues, completing cycle counts and performing LTO duties. This position will also be expected to be a backup for our current CICC position.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Answer questions from LTOs regarding inventory discrepancies Perform daily cycle counts Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause Work in both the WMS and EWM system Perform backup CICC duties, as needed Perform LTO duties when Scanning Specialist tasks are completed This position will roughly be 30% Scanning Specialist duties / 70% LTO duties Other assignments/projects as needed to ensure our customer needs are met

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proficient reading and writing skills General understanding of material flow Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Perform daily tasks in an organized manner Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities Demonstrated excellent customer service skills modeling professional behavior


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED Familiarity with inventory management systems Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
