Job Responsibilities:

Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to our Residents Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Requirements

To be a top candidate you will:

Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills Have a valid driver's license Pass a criminal background check
