Position Summary

The Imaging Services Representative is an incredible opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for the receiving of patients, coordination and/or completion of the admission process. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients.

Responsibilities

You will initiate and complete the admission/patient registration process, interpreting system regulations and policies and acting as a resource for patients and families You will explain purpose and obtain signature for all documents requiring signatures You will meet, greet, and interview patient, providing for isolation cautionary measures if needed, relative, or patient’s representative to obtain pertinent information You will assist technologists as needed or requested

Requirements

Post high school clerical vocational training or college course work preferred BLS certification required Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in a clerical position, medical setting preferred with medical insurance(s) Medical Terminology certification preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.70 - $29.98 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
