Responsibilities:
- Process, validate and initiate incoming investigation requests
- Process incoming mail and hard copy fingerprint cards
- Review completed investigations (SF-86, SF-85, SF-85P) to ensure compliance with ISP standards
- Provide Customer Support Center (CSC) services to Applicants and Requestors using the call center identification numbers/agents
- Release investigation requests to the ISP once all required documentation/requirements for the investigation request are complete
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Secret Clearance (Interim is acceptable)
- (1) year personnel security related experience
- Written and oral communications skills commensurate with position.
