Per Diem 


Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty LPN to join our team for a patient in Exeter, New Hampshire. The Private Duty RN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in his home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care. This patient requires assistance with a feeding tube, suction, and mechanical lift. 

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements 

Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New HampshireOne year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferredHome care experience preferredCurrent CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
