Parts Counter Representative

GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time 1st Shift / 2nd Shift Parts Counter Representative in our WAUKEE IA location. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Are you looking to start or further your career with a company that values you? If so, read on

PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Train in related departments prior to the Parts Counter
• Clean and organize parts shelves and storage areas as needed
• Stock incoming parts. Maintain displays.
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Assist Outside Sales staff with applications and sales
• Locate parts
• Order parts from local vendors
• Order parts from major suppliers
• Physical inventory as needed (I.E. cycle counting, spot checking)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Driving Record Insurable through Company Carrier
• Ability to Read and Interpret Documents
• Ability to Document/Communicate effectively
