The team

Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes—is designed for impact. Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering helps clients consider how work, workforces and workplaces need to be reimagined in the service of future business strategy. We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.

The work you’ll do: .

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, internet research tools Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
 Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 8+ years of consulting or federal government project experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

Organizational transformation or design experience Strategic communications and/or project management support experience
