Oakton Community College Youth STEAM program is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative instructor for spring break STEAM camp. Teach a hands-on curriculum on the subject of Artificial Intelligence. Instructors are responsible for providing high-quality, engaging instruction for middle school-aged children. Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Degree in education and significant experience Demonstrated experience with various generative Al tools such as Chat GPT, StabilityAI, Midjourney, RunwayML, etc. Enthusiasm for hands-on learning and engaging with youth Experience with, and excitement about working with diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience teaching youth ages 11-14 Coding experience


Additional Information:

Hourly: $40-$50 hourly

Must successfully complete a background check. 

This position is located on the Skokie campus 

Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 4:15 pm.
