Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Floorcare Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet while meeting quality and timeliness standards. A Floorcare Technician must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values always.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role. Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors.Carpet cleaning experience.Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work - mentor (trainer) approval before working alone.Must be well versed on chemicals and their use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in both a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers faxes, and filing cabinets. This position will also work in an operations environment with odors and/or dust as well as cleaning and laundry chemicals.
