Production Supervisor

Qualifications Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Associate degree is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years aseptic manufacturing supervision experience preferred. Verbal & interpersonal communication skills Possess computer skills including Windows, Word and Excel Understanding processes and mechanics of production line equipment. Familiarity with GMP, quality, and hygiene standards for food manufacturing. Ability to multi-task and delegate functions. Work Specifications – Responsibilities: Responsible for food safety and quality Manage department scheduling and review weekly timecards via payroll system. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP’s and safety rules and regulations. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. Maintain communication between employees to ensure procedures and policies are understood. Supervises, trains, and develops subordinates. Manages employee performance and skills development, conducts performance appraisals and administers disciplinary action, including employment terminations when necessary. Prepares and review production run files. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Prepare reports on performance and progress. Perform any other duties as assigned.
