Pay Rate:  is $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Location: Lumberton, TX
Direct Hire Position under 1099

What’s a typical day as a Roofing Repair Specialist? You’ll be:
• Conducting thorough inspections to determine the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs
• Performing detailed roof repairs, including re-flashing chimneys, skylights, walls, and vents
• Repairing and replacing different types of shingles and tiles, and identifying various roofing shingle product types
• Addressing and fixing issues with metal roofs and undertaking flat roof repairs
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard, following safety regulations and company guidelines
• Communicating effectively with clients to provide updates and clarify specific requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roof repair, with a comprehensive skill set in handling diverse roofing issues
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus but not preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Have demonstrated ability in re-flashing and repairing shingles, metal roofs, and flat roofs
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and commitment
