Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including production, assembly, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering our water treatment products.

Charger Water Treatment Products has been a leader in the water treatment industry for over 30 years. We design and manufacture a wide range of water treatment equipment including filters, softeners, and RO systems. Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering clean and healthy water to homes and businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments
  • Store materials in designated areas
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and stage shipments for delivery
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Safely drive our 16' box truck

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical test and be willing to fill in wherever needed

Benefits

  • $16.50/hour. Monday-Friday, Fulltime plus overtime.
  • $100 monthly bonuses when goals are met
