Overview

We are looking for a passionate Digital Design manager to join our growing team The Digital Design Manager will lead our design team to create and execute impactful graphic design projects according to marketing communications and business objectives as set by team leadership.

This position operates in a hybrid capacity - two days in the office and three days from home. 

Responsibilities

Manage all digital and print design projects, including websites, emails, social media images, logos, icons, banners, posters, and other printed material.Collaborate with content team to create marketing concepts and strategies and ensure they are executed according to the editorial calendar.Collaborate with IT teams and lead relationship management with vendor (SAP Emarsys).Source assets as needed such as photography and graphics, leading relationship management with vendor (Adobe).Work closely with B2B team on maintaining clean, updated data.Reinforce and champion brand guidelines and communication guidelines to meet business objectives.Develop automation and segmentation strategies, leading overall email experience management. Hire, mentor, and lead design team members.Provide team members with mentoring on design/creative development and process.Work with internal stakeholders to order materials for various events/offices, and for internal communications and branding requests as they arise.Prioritize and manage the workload of the team in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.Provide leadership to design team on email deployment, A/B testing strategies & list management. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience Minimum of 7 years’ experience in graphic design Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines Analytic and Reporting skills Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of SAP Emarsys platform for digital marketing communciations Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS Understanding of B2B Trade and Commercial fundamentals (supplier, sales, customer and brand) Relevant cross-functional experience (marketing, digital agency, advertising, project management)

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team. Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine. Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.
