VIE – Prospection

We are looking for a VIE – Prospection & Business Development Coordinator for a VIE contract of 18 months in our US site in Bridgewater to support its activity.

Your main responsibilities:

Prospection Plan

Identify new clients and prospects from a broaden customer database review and analysis Track new business opportunities and related action plans Strategize the main clients/projects to target within a given territory Coordinate projects and collaborative task force with sales managers for the proper implementation of North America prospection plans

Commercial Excellence

Contact prospects and new clients, acting as first representative of our product and services Understand customer needs and prepare tailor-made solutions to meet these needs Identify the needs and challenges of prospects to prepare compelling business cases Work in close cooperation with research, process development and production to work out competitive advantages by using state-of-the-art technology.

Marketing & Events

Attends trade shows to promote Euroapi offer and meet customers and prospective clients Prepare all marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items for each event Ensure follow-up communication campaign with relevant prospects and clients post-events Follow competition landscape and contribute to regional competitive intelligence work

Your profile:

Master’s degree with a Chemistry, Engineering or Business School background 2-3 years of professional experience (experience in pharma or CDMO as a plus) Basic understanding of North America Health Rules & Regulations (ex: FDA guidelines) Strong data analytics skills and ability to manage large volume of information Strong interest in business development and customer relationship Demonstrates ability for teamwork and interaction with multiple stakeholders English is mandatory and French is a plus
