Commercial Lines Processor

Independent insurance broker is seeking Commercial Lines Processor assist our Commercial Lines Account Mangers. This position will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the assigned Account Manager. Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail.
• Process daily request for Certificate of Insurance
• Process daily request for Endorsement changes
• Process billing questions
• Experience with multiple carrier underwriters and online systems
• Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.

Qualifications

• Min of 5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing medium to large commercial accounts
• Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail.
• Property and Casualty license
• AMS360 software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business
• Technical knowledge of product area or industry
• Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues.
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
