Hire and develop a team of RPA Developers and lead the strategy, design, and execution of a new RPA Center of Excellence (COE) within the Finance organization. Build automated solutions that improve efficiency and productivity while reducing defects. Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless automation. Leverage outputs from the Finance process excellence team to evaluate RPA use cases v. other automation or process simplification opportunities. Drive adoption of RPA across the Finance organization. Establish robust RPA governance and strong controls over bots. Develop and present ideas for continuous improvement. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-related occupation.
