You'll build rapport with retail customers and provide them with relevant and memorable product demonstrations. You'll also help achieve department revenue, margin, solutions and operational targets. What you'll do

  • Actively engage customers using selling skills to increase sales of Verizon products and services
  • Explain complex technology and service plans in simple terms for customers and other employees to understand
  • Explain product features and benefits to consumers in a way that is engaging and builds excitement
  • Act with patience and genuine helpfulness while assisting customers
Basic Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
