MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.
What You Can Expect:
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or Neurosurgery
- Average 40-45 hours a week, flexible schedule hospital OR call or hospital OR day shift.
- All locations within 30 miles of Howard County (Named "Best Cities to live in America" for 2024 by Niche)

Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
- Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

The starting annual salary for this position is $450,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
